- Managing the day to day tasks of a property portfolio
- Handling phone/email enquiries
- Client correspondence
- Assist current Property Managers when required
- Effectively communicating with landlords, tenants & contractors
- Overseeing & arranging maintenance for properties
- Completing arrears daily
- Preparing advertising for upcoming rental properties, processing rental applications & preparing tenancy documentation in line with the relevant legislation
- Processing lease renewals
- Building portfolio
- Periodic and ingoing/vacating inspections & preparing thorough reports to send to landlords
- Working alongside other Property Manager’s to provide exceptional service to clients & customers

- Professional presentation
- Driver’s license, Vehicle & Mobile Phone essential
- Experience with Property Me advantageous
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential – or at least have completed the coursework and submitted the paperwork to the Office of Fair Trading
